2. Products and pricing

We take care to describe and price our products accurately. All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Product images are for illustration; natural materials such as timber may vary in grain and tone.

We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or description and to change or withdraw products at any time. Where a pricing error is obvious, we are not obliged to fulfil an order at the incorrect price.

3. Orders

When you complete an order on our website, you are submitting a request to purchase. A member of our team will contact you to confirm availability, payment and delivery. A contract is formed only once we confirm your order.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including product unavailability, an error in the listing, or a failure to complete payment.

4. Delivery

We deliver within the United Kingdom and to selected countries. Estimated delivery times are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

Standard UK delivery is free on orders over £50. Below this threshold a flat delivery charge applies, shown at checkout.

5. Returns and cancellations

If you are a consumer, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods and return them for a refund, provided they are unused and in a resaleable condition. Certain items may be excluded for hygiene reasons.

6. Guarantee

Many of our products carry a manufacturer guarantee, as described on the relevant product page. This guarantee is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
